I was highly satisfied with this Pandora experience from the moment my boyfriend & I walked into this store. We came to this location looking for one charm in particular for my bracelet. The sales associate was prompt in greeting us & welcoming. She was obviously well trained because she knew the charm we were looking for just from our description. The charm we were looking for wasn't currently available at this location & I was impressed that she made sure we didn't leave disappointed. After giving us the option to order online or check another store, which we weren't interested in doing, she helped us pick out a different charm that I instantly fell in love with. We also purchased a spacer to coordinate color, which we had not intended on initially. Over all, the sales associate (Breeana H No. 165366) was the reason this experience ended up being so special. My charm bracelet was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend & each charm will have a significant meaning. This store went above & beyond to make the visit an entire experience.

They had a wide selection of on sale items with percentages off in store. Love the people there. Very friendly.

The sales people were really welcoming and nice. My sales person helped me find a nice charm for my niece and it was on sale.

I have never wanted to spend money to get caught up in a fad. I think the pieces are expensive. I'm a single mother who couldn't and didn't see the need to make that kind of investment. I however have wanted Pandora for a while this is the 1st time I decided to sacrifice and treat myself to a bracelet. My sales rep was great and patient because I still questioned spending the money.

I appreciate how patient the sales associate was during my visit. She took time to show me a variety of styles in the category I was interested in.

The sales associate knew I was the next person to be helped. She asked the correct questions, since this is a gift. She put it in a pouch as I requested. I don't like the boxes. She made sure my email address was current. She was pleasant and was dressed appropriately.
