Mya was so helpful, she explained to me the do's and don't, explained why i shouldn't buy a certain charm at this time. This was my husband first time in pandora. She explained her bracelet to him and now he completely understands the concept. As customers came in the store she greeted them, but never lost our connection. She is great at what she does.

Monica was very patient with me and provided me with great customer service. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. The greeter was welcoming and warm.
