Easy experience, sales associate was pleasant.

Designer Destiny selected and knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to tell her. She was spot on and provided me with the best experience and service.

I was greeted by a salesperson within a few minutes of entering the store. I usually do my shopping from Pandora online, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of merchandise, and the beautiful pieces of jewelry that an online experience cannot showcase. The lighting in the showcases made the jewelry sparkle like crazy! I needed a birthday gift for a friend, kind of knew what I wanted to purchase, and the salesperson was very helpful. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. My friend is turning 60 years old, and I know she will be very happy with her gift!

Exchanged charms from a Christmas purchase where I received the free bracelet from the promotion. At 1st I thought I had to return the free bracelet as well but because I was just doing an exchange the salesperson just said I could exchange for equal dollar amount & I could keep the bracelet. I was a satisfied customer!

I had never been there before and the lady was very nice she made me feel welcomed and helped me throughout the whole process and they were all very friendly

Had a far better experience at this location than at the one in Fairlawn, ohio. The staff here was friendly and not rude at all.

With it being Christmas Eve there was a line to wait outside of the store to enter. They were very busy, but when they called your name all of the attention was on you. The sales associate gave me her opinion on the items I was debating on. She was very helpful and fast.
