I had not been to a Pandora Store since I moved back to Ohio 16 months ago and I was eager to see what charms were available now. My son bought me the initial bracelet years ago and has been the only one to buy charms for it. My bracelet, which I value and enjoy wearing, was in need of additional charms and I wanted to see for myself (in person) what Pandora has to offer in terms of adding additional charms.

We usually stop by to this pandora to make some purchases before, but this time I went there to exchange a pretty bracelet I purchased online and came to small by my confusions order the size to small, but with one phone call to the main office they tell me I could exchanged on any location the longest I did had my original receipt..no problem with that I went to my favorite spot...and got what I wanted the right size... and it was a pleasant and a quick exchange with no issues...thank you so much...
