They were really nice. They knew where everything was. They kept letting me try on my new rings. They didn’t get annoyed or mad

I was happy with the sales associates and the selection. It was very helpful that their Black Friday sales would be lasting a week; especially with the pandemic and wanting to limit "big crowds".

When I finally found the store, my salesperson was very helpful and explained about different charms for different bracelet types. She offered suggestions for different charms and even rearranged the charms so that they look good. She even helped me choose the proper size bracelet for my sister's gift.

It was a friendly environment and I felt comfortable taking my time looking around.

Pleasant shopping

The associate was extremely helpful about helping me select my first Pandora bracelet. My boyfriend wanted to get me an early Christmas present because I was sad. Leanne I think her name was? She was very helpful in showing us how to take the bracelet on and off, caring for the bracelet and answering any questions that we had. 10/10 service. We only go to the Pandora at Southpark mall and will continue to do so!

We visited the Pandora Store located in the South Park Mall, Strongsville OH, the store is beautifully designed and very clean, and we were promptly greeted by a employee named Leanne, right away we felt welcomed by Leanne, she was absolutely great at customer service, we told her that it was our first time visiting a Pandora Store and was not quite sure about what we were looking for, Leanne was very helpful, she helped us select a bracelet and charms for my wife, and we are absolutely delighted in our selections, “A Special Thank you to Leanne” for making our day wonderful, we feel welcomed at Pandora Stores and definitely plan to return for more selections in the future.
