It was very easy to come in to the store for my purchase which I called in advance to make sure they had the item I wanted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable .

The associate was very professional and skilled. She just did not know that the set I wanted to purchase was not available in all sizes. Only three smaller sizes. I chose the set and a few more pieces, but after being fitted it was too small. Sadly I was not able to purchase my set which meant alot to me because of its meaning for me. I had to choose something else. Valentines day sets should be in all sizes. Very disappointing.

The young lady that helped me was very nice and fun and made the experience a good one! All the ladies at Strongsville Pandora have always been super sweet, helpful and patient! Great job!
