The sales associate was very nice and very informative about the warranty and your policies. I had a charm that was defective and she was very helpful and supportive. She replaced it easily and quickly.

The lights in the store made everything look so beautiful, i went in looking for a ring and easily could have left with 3 rings. The staff were very helpful and it's overall just a fun store to be in even if you aren't planning on buying!

I was overly satisfied by the Pandora store that I visited... Because, even though it was Christmas Eve, the sales associates were very knowledgeable and did a great job of handling the massive amount of customers waiting to be helped. They were very courteous and they all were extremely friendly, given the stress they were under. And most of all, they managed to help me find items that were similar to those that I intended on buying, but the store was currently out of stock. Will be visiting this store again very soon.

I went to Pandora Store because I ordered a bracelet on the on line store and never received it. Pandora on line charged my account, yet I never got the bracelet. I reached out to their customer service Case #00169680, order # PNDO7424775, UPS tracking 1Z3Y2F190264313317. They emailed me back that they would have an answer within 24 hours. That was one week ago. Luckily I went to a Pandora Store and found the exact same bracelet and purchased it. The associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. I since then disputed the On Line Store charge which was charged to my account with my credit card company.
