I had a great experience, the associated was WONDERFUL, very patient and friendly, the small swipe froze up and we had to wait a while but she got right on the phone and tried to fix it, she was excellent after 2 bad experiences at a great lakes store in mentor mall,mentor Ohio just terrible and I let the manger know how great of a job she did on this day at this store will return there not to the great lakes store.

Laci helped me pick ou the perfect gift for my sister and answered my questions about which necklace would be the best for the pendant I chose. She was very knowledable and I am grateful for her input.
