Our sales associate was fantastic! We were looking for several “retirement” charms but unfortunately many we wanted were out of stock. She patiently helped us pick other options that we were quite happy with. She gets 5 gold stars!! And her bows are awesome 👍

I received a bracelet during Christmas and the clasp broke. Since I did not buy the bracelet I thought I would have to pay for the repair. The salesperson told me she would replace the bracelet at no charge and she also polished it. Me have never bought a Pandora bracelet, didn't know the policy on returns or anything. I was pleasantly surprised at the lever of excellent customer service and ma now a lifetime customer. Thanks to the salesperson at SouthPark Mall in North Royalton, Ohio.

The last chance charm options that were available to purchase that other stores did not have in stock was very helpful to me completing a particular bracelet that i am designing. The sales associate was very helpful and she didn't make me feel rushed even after new customers came into the store. The feedback and suggestions that I received from the sales associate made for another fun experience at one of my favorite stores to shop.

I came in with specific items to purchase and the sale lady was very helpful. She knew exactly if the times were in stock and where they were located. She was very friendly.
