It was my first time in store. Sales associate was knowledgeable and nice. The items in store are beautiful

The Sales associate (JoAnn) that I initially encountered was very friendly and helpful making sure I was added to the list to be helped. Ashlee was really helpful with suggestions and ideas for gifts.

My sales associate was extremely professional and friendly. Had contacted the store prior to my visit (night before) she took time to locate item I was looking for she offered to hold item for me. This was during a busy time of the year (Christmas ) Told me about current promotion.The next day went into store to purchase item and Jen offered suggestions to compliment the earrings I was purchasing She was patient and friendly. Jen also took time,although store was very busy, to talk to me about my own bracelet and some additions to it suggesting I come back to clean my bracelets. VERY VERY satisfied with the customer service I received !!!

The sales associate was so nice and pleasant with helping me find a birthday gift and a xmas gift for my best cousin. Along with assisting me with that I was able to try different new charms on my bracelet in an attempt to add some new additions to my bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at Strongsville mall because the sales associate Allyson was so helpful and patient with me during my first time experience at this location. Allyson allowed me to try 3 different set for a total of 6 charms on my bracelet to get the perfect look I was looking for. I was happy to make my purchase after Allyson displayed the best professionalism and awesome customer service ever.

The sales associate was very kind as my son was selecting a gift and he was not a fast selector!
