First off I wanna say I will not shop at any other Pandora in the area! Always have been treated right at the Strongsville location. The workers are always friendly and willing to help! Always have what I want and then some :)

I’m really satisfied because the employees were really friendly, they helped me to find what I was looking for. The merchandise is really good quality and I had fun shopping.

I wanted to return 3 charms I got for Christmas and get a few different ones. I also needed a larger bracelet as mine was almost full of charms. The girl (Emily) was so nice and helpful especially since I am handicapped. She brought everything to me.

Jen was knowledgeable about the pieces I inquired about. She took the time to polish my bracelet and to help me put the new beads on my bracelet. I was concerned my bracelet was too small but she explained that I just needed to wear the bracelet more in order for the weight of the beads to help expand the silver. Which just in a few days it has.
