The ladies at this store are always amazing only pandora store I will ever shop at!

Was greeted by a friendly associate right away. She helped me find what I was looking for. Made a few suggestions that was really helpful.

1 was looking for a birthday gift for a relative and the assiciate was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products.I

First, I went on black Friday and it was CRAZY. But the store was filled with associates so my wait wasn't that long and gave my daughter and I time to browse. Second, they had a good system in place of taking names as a way to check you in which I thought kept things moving smoothly. Third, and I really wish I would have gotten her name but out sales associate was so nice and so helpful. Even as crowded as it was, she was very attentive to us and offered her opinion when I wasn't sure what looked better. I am very happy with my purchases and she was a part of that decision. I would thank her and tell her she was fantastic to us and I really appreciate that
