This is my second time coming to the store and i really appreciate how nice everyone is and how on top of things they were thank you to the entire staff that was there at the southpark store on 09/28 you ladies were all awesome...

Quality of the products seems well put together and well put-together But the prices seem kinda High

I was waited on immediately, the sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't mind looking for some of the pieces and volunteered to clean my bracelet. She was very accomadating. However, they did not have some of the pieces that I was interested in yet.

I walked in asked for a particular charm they showed it to me an cleaned my ring and I was very satisfied.

Everything was fine, but it was not the same level of experience I'm used to at the pandora I normally go to. The employees were not as friendly; they were fine, just not as nice. I did not receive a much feedback or helpful suggestions as I am used to receiving.

Because I had to compromise! I didn’t find what I was looking for exactly! So many other options could be added ! I didn’t like that there is not even option of the earrings. I didn’t like that the prices of some charms is super expensive that it reaches and cross the bracelet itself.. like it’s not logical.

They didn’t have the size I needed for my warranty and they recommended I go somewhere else. There was no other issues

The sales person was there but not overly friendly and even though I asked for suggestions and ideas not overly helpful. Maybe lacked experience and could have been more friendly and attentive.
