The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Alot of the rings I was looking for were out of stock.

The chain bracelet I liked was not available in my size, I had to select other one. The charms on sale were not shown to us. The receipt was not printed since the printer had issue

On the base price of my 2 purchases equaling 135, I did not meet the the 150 for a free bracelet. Disappointed, since I am a frequent Pandora shopper. My previous purchase at another location, I was questioned about being a Pandora member to get the 30%, even though I showed my email stating 30% off now. The girl that rang me out apologized about her co-worker questioning me, she was customer friendly and made it better.Not really sure what store I like anymore to shop. Also, I don't like the tiny little boxes Pandora uses now since they are not very nice when gift giving.

I am from out of town so unlikely to be here anytime soon

There were 2 employees working but the wait was long. We ended up leaving and coming back another time. The employees were very helpful and it was not their fault that there was a wait, but maybe more staff is needed on the weekends.

I was satisfied with the service that was provided by the staff very nice and knowledgeable about the items in general. Will be going back to get charms
