I bought a bracelet and charms the bracelet fell apart lost a charm all this was in 2 weeks of time very dissatisfied and wasn't able to be replaced of the term.

The sales associate was very nice! However, I wanted to exchange one mom charm for another. The new one was $10 less but she advised because I received a 10% discount during my first transaction, I was not able to receive the $10 difference. It has only been 3 days and I have spent almost $500 at Pandora the past 2 months. I was not happy with the first mom charm. I simply wanted a different mom charm, but you are not honoring my 10% from my first transaction. I even opened a Pandara credit card. I do not believe that is good customer service.

I went in to see about a previously purchased bracelet being repaired but was informed that it was past a year old and out of warranty. However, the sales associate did provide with the number to customer service to see if they could be of assistance.

The sales associate was fantastic! However, I saw a charm bracelet that came with three charms online for a set price. They had the bracelet and the charms in the store, and could build it for me, but stated they could not give me the price I saw online because they had none left that was packaged with the charms which was sent to them. I just think it’s bad Customer Service if you’re promoting something online and you literally have those items in the store but you won’t honor the price at the store.
