I was looking for yellow gold and the selection was very limited.

The Christmas charm selection was almost none, each time I revisit the store the price had increased. Visited and purchased last month.

The salesperson seem to be preoccupied with what was going on around her I really can’t put my finger on it. But she did show me to charms the one I wanted there were no more under the counter so I had to buy that one.

I had a $10 off $100 purchase offer from Afterpay. I nor the sales associate new how to apply it to my in store purchase.

Out of a charm I was interested in

The workers were very nice I found everything I need it Even though it was Black Friday I was in and out the store wouldn’t 20 minutes

The sales rep was not as nice as I would like and she did not help as much as one would hope for a first time buyer

Good selection this year store was well stocked

I love Pandora or and it’s products but my customer service experience did not live up to par with prior experience. Out of all the associates standing around only one would help me and even she seemed as if she had no desire to do so. That’s it that’s all

I was greeted when I first came in the door by a really nice sales lady I asked her could I get my bracelets cleaned she said yes I asked where were the charms for the necklaces she let me know had it not been for her assisting me I think I would have been waiting I got vibes that they probably thought I wasn’t going to buy anything but the young lady who cleaned my bracelets assisted me so it was ok
