Too long of a wait before you get in store

We purchased a charm to represent my husband. It is a very cute and simple charm that can be warn with just about anything due to its silver and gold makeup. It’s a very unique charm! Shoutout to Makenna for helping us pick the perfect charm. Although it was a little pricey I am not dissatisfied! She was also able to clean my jewelry while we browsed. Will go back to this location!

I went in for a new bracelet because the one I currently have does not stay secure. Upon selecting & purchasing the new bracelet we discovered that my charm was somehow striped and unable to be put on the new bracelet. Big disappointment.

The first sales associate I came across was not so friendly or helpful so it made me really not want to shop there but then a nicer young lady came along and sealed the deal.

There was a line outside the store in order to prevent more than 10 customers in the store at one time, but at one point a group of girls entered the store without permission to join their mother. I did not mind waiting, but this meant there were more than 10 customers in the store at one time and I felt that they should have been asked the leave because they broke covid protocols. Instead the workers just looked at each other and nobody addressed the situation.

The sales associate was not very pleasant. She did not show enthusiasm for the product she was selling. She was also not very helpful in her responses when we asked questions.

We went in to exchange my daughters bracelet for a smaller size. We were able to do this with ease. We wanted to get another bead or two for her bracelet. We had 6 diffferent beads in mind and none of them where in stock.

I bought 2 pair of earrings and 1 ring for my daughter, your store did not show me a lot to choose from.

Friendly workers, quick clean and purchasing. No hassle I was in and out the store in 15 min
