The staff was very friendly, but they made me feel like I did not belong in there and showed a disinterest in me. Also I went there for a specific charm that was unavailable and her response was not the friendliest

The sales associate was ok but not as nice or as helpful as others have been. The merchandise I was looking for wasn’t all in stock.

Was not greeted when I entered the store and I feel the the prices were very high which made for a hard choice.

Well the one thing that you m used to is the associate bringing whole trays out. Even though I was looking for something specific she brought that one piece out and not even on a card. I was alittle taken aback. I would of bought more had she been more helpful.

There were a lot of people waiting in the store to be helped by an associate but there were only three. They should have a better waiting system as far as knowing who is next to Be helped instead of having everyone say they were next.

Everything was picked over and what was left was high

Our sales associate was sort of rude in letting is the mask policy when entering the store. And she seemed resistant in helping me as I asked questions on certain item availability.

There was no ear rings in store or necklace. This was a sad visit
