The sales associate was not invested in my experience until she realized I was spending a lot of money and her manager called me by name and asked how I was doing. Then she got much more interested in me.

Sales associate was very good...friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only problem was that the store did not have some ofthe items that we were looking for...specifically graduation charms and birthstone charms. We did purchase some charms, but not necessarily thrones we really wanted.

The exchange policy is below standard. I received 2 duplicate charms as a Christmas gift and did not receive a gift receipt. My desire was to exchange the charms for other merchandise but was told I was not able to without receipt. I didn’t want the person who purchased my gift to know I was exchanging. The only reason I was able to exchange the merchandise is that the main sales associate knows the person that purchased my gift by name and by sight because she shops there so often.

First impression the assistant manager (said on her name tag) was unprofessional. She asked me what size bracelet I needed. I was unaware of size differences. I said I don’t know she’s turning 16. She rolls her eyes and said well that’s not helpful. From that point on I wanted another sales professional. She made me feel stupid and disrespected.

I went in for a cleaning and wanted a new piece the sales rep never tried to show the merchandise and I felt rushed after the cleaning.
