Rayean was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to exchange a bead purchased online for something else and didn’t really see anything that I liked. She asked me some questions and based on my answer pulled a tray from underneath the counter which had the perfect bead for my gift to a friend

I store was very on theme for what I expect walking into a Pandora store. It was very visually appealing. The staff were very efficient and personable. The staff also answered all my questions and were extremely helpful.
