Understanding that it was the Christmas season when i went to Your store the wait to get help was not satisfactory in my opinion i waited for approximately 20 minutes or more to get help. There was only one employee on the floor helping people with 4 others behind the main counter 1 helping someone 1 cashing a customer out and 2 others talking to each other no one except the lady on the floor came out to ask if help was needed. the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable friendly and a joy to work with. Thank you

not sure was first time to store people were pleasant but I was not over the top did get my merchandise without wait and love it.

Went to store to return ring I bought for a gift that was too big. Planned on purchasing another ring and two charms which would have made me eligible for the free bracelet. I explained this to the clerk at the beginning of my shopping experience. Upon checking out she said I was not eligible because I exchanged the ring, after multiple times trying to explain this to her, she got the manager to assist me.

The sales lady was way too pushy. I felt like I had to talk the entire time. when I just wanted to shop

I was just satisfied because I had to come in to be helped on another day thin my initial day that I came in beacause it was to busy. The day before I was put on a list twice and was never helped. The item I wanted to purchase sold out because I was not helped.

The book that held the prices for the charms was very unorganized and the associate,had difficulty locating charms in case.

It was nothing that anyone did wrong, it was just a long wait. There was a sign-in sheet and it was a little unorganized.
