The Store was crowded & it took time for an associate to get to me for assistance.

On Saturday I decided to go into the Great Northern Mall Pandora store, the store was really busy because of the current promotion going on. As my mom and I browsed around I found a ring I wanted to look at and try on. Because this store was busy I had to search around for an employee which was fine I understood. So I finally found someone to help me and she’s about to unlock the case so I can try the ring on when what I’m assuming is her boss yells across the store to this employee informing her that I was in fact not the next person in line and that she needed to help this different woman instead. Now I can understand that maybe the guest was angry that I was being helped first but to yell across the store and have the employee leave a guest like that is totally unprofessional. I think there is a better way of handling that considering the lady that yelled at the employee had another employee standing right next to her not doing anything. So I took my business to a different Pandora store. I have never experienced such rude customer service from an employee in all of my life and I will never be returning to that Pandora store.

I came in for charms. They were not located in one area. Therefore I had to look through a book. I wanted a theater charm or a grandma charm and you don’t sell either. I was buying a charm for my granddaughter who is 9 yrs old. No much of a selection unless I want princess type charm. Also not much in the way of religionists charms. The salesperson was help,personalable, efficient.

The sales assciate who offered to help my boyfriend and I was very uninterested in what I wanted in the sense that she wouldn’t show me anything that I asked for and blatantly ignored my requests repeatedly. I went in for two rings specifically. She continuously pulled and had me try on rings I wasn’t looking for, didn’t like, and was the least bit interested in. When I asked for the rings we were in the store for she ignored me showing me every other option than what I had asked for. I finally got her to pull the ones I wanted. (Which we’re more expensive than the ones she was showing me so???) I purchased them immediately and left.

The waiting list was longer than expected. But it is understandable considering it is the holidays and everyone is doing last minute shopping. But other than that my experience went very smoothly

Its not that I wasn't satisfied it that the store was crowded and it took what seemed to be forever to be waited on. Once we where waited on everything went very smoothly and with out a problem.

I did not receive a receipt for my purchase
