No one greeted us when we walked in. Had to get an associate to get what I wanted. Don’t know if they though I was not going to buy anything.

The manager or "facilatator" was not very friendly. The selection of what we were looking for was not very complete. It seems as though the prices of the charms have increased somewhat, even with the "35%" holiday discount.

The sales lady was very friendly, showed us exactly what we were looking for. And gift wrapped all our boxes so nicely.

I went for a specific ring & you didn't have it in my size so I picked out a charm & you didn't have it on stock so I picked out 2 more rings and they weren't in stock either so I settled for a different charm

Environment was stale. Sales associate didn't seem to want to help it could be because we came in 10 minutes before close. Either way a few smiles and helpfulness go a long way

I have shopped at this particular location about 2 times and every time the associate Sam lacked good customer service, she seem very frustrated and as if any questions irritated her or as if she was to busy to help she only helped me once but the other times when the associate faced a problem she would respond really rude. Sam has to understand Pandora is a place where people love to shop and and because they are spending their money they have the right to take their Tim look around and ask questions she makes it very uncomfortable like your annoying her. I am very satisfied with all my purchases and love Pandora but will not be returning to this location makes you not want to spend your money.

They were out of stock of many items.(2); I was not aware that service was according to the name list, when I informed the representative that I would be after the Coustomer next to me. Her answer was sort of curt and rough, I purchased $166. In items and did not receive a free bracelet. Only ones left were if you spent $250,

Sales associates were not eager to help Merchandise too close together couldn’t really view any of it Probably spent the most money out of everyone there and was treated like garbage.

Not enough charms in gold plated. Just in Rose gold. Very disappointing.
