El lugar es muy bonito pero la atención al cliente no es muy buena, hay otros sitios en Pandora que tienen una mejor atención al cliente . Me encanta comprar Pandora pero no volveré a comprar en mall de South Park . La vendedora se llamaba Britany.

The line was insanely long, we waited over an hour to get in. Some of the same customers were still inside the store when we finally got in. The employees were very friendly. I just think the organization needs some worked, you need more staff, and to limit the amount of time customers can spend inside the store.

I purchased a ring for my daughter in September for her 18th birthday (looked like a princess crown) and within 3 months several of the stones fell out. Pandora exchanged the ring for a new one but the same thing happened. Now my daughter has a ring she doesn’t really care for and a store credit.

The fact that no one told us we have to be added to a list to see a sales associate even though I knew exactly what I was looking for. I had to wait 30mins to have a 5 mins sale is absurd. Going forward I will look to order online versus wasting my time at a store

The associates are not very friendly or inviting, not all but most. I don’t have too many of your stores nearby, they are the closest. I was told by the store personnel that I am not able to return an online purchase back to the local store so I will probably refrain from ordering online, that’s too much of a hassle to have to mail back if the item needs to be returned. I was told an exchange or store credit only even though I had used my Pandora credit card for the purchase. Not a customer friendly policy at all.
