Sales person wasn't very knowledgeable, she was leaving to ask questions, didn't upsell or cross sell when an item we liked was out of stock. She also didn't offer if there other store had item. Out of PROMOTIONAL earrings.

I spent over a 165.00 and had to return the next day because I never received my free Christmas ornament . They checked my receipt and did an exchange and then gave me the ornament. I love the ornament but I feel since I had to return they could of given a discount for my troubles. Thank you.

I typically shop at the Pandora location located at Great Northern Mall in North Oldmstead Ohio, The customer service reps are much more friendlier, knowledgeable and tentative. Upon entering the store I was not acknowledge, I had to ask for assistance. The customer service Rep was new and not very knowledgeable nor that friendly.

Experience was decent. Sales associate could have smiled more and been a bit more pleasant. Also went back within an hour to purchase an additional gift for someone else and could not combine receipts to take advantage of the promotion.. spent a bit over the $100 requirement.

I walked into the South Park store and it was busy. I stood a the counter waiting my turn for service. The gentleman next to me was being waited on and I was expecting someone to ask me if I wanted to purchase an item. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the store, but none of them seemed to want to approach me to ask if I wanted assistance. Even when the gentleman I was next to was done, no one offered assistance. Only later did some one with a clipboard tell me that I needed to add my name to a list to be waited on. This was a total waste of my time and I nearly left the store. When I explained that I had been there for some time, she said she would make me the next in line. Remarkably, two other patrons were called to be waited on before my name was called. You wasted at least 20 minutes of my time, and yet there were several assistants on hand that did not seem to be doing anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - no sign posted or no direction provided to "get on the list to get some assistance." I will be happy to tell others about my experience and tell them not to go there when it is a busy time. Very disgusted.

The sales associate was not very happy or friendly. It was like pulling teeth getting prices on a few rings. She didn't know the prices, had to flip back and forth through a book. She didn't let us hold the rings for more than a few seconds. My husband and I were getting a gift for our daughter for Christmas and talked after about how unfriendly she was.

The rep was very distant. Not showing me all the options while I had to ask for single items. Asked about bday charms and was showed 3 but I saw an additional 2 more in showcases. We were looking for some dog related charms as she stood there waiting for me to make the purchase for the 1st charm and I still had to ask her for dog charms underneath even though she knew we were looking for them. In which she did produce but I think she should have been more active in our search since she was the one with access to any extras they may have had.

Could not see the displays. Wanted to look more but couldn't. They gave me a book. I found things I wanted when I was already home. I'm sure they were in stock at the store but I couldn't browse. Felt rushed. Not a good experience at all especially since I spent alot of money. Could have spent more but that won't happen now.

I had put in my cart online the previous day my order, I went to the store following day and saw that there was a sale buy 2 get 1 free. I showed the associate my email that said I could get the sale and she said no I needed a pandora credit card. She refused to sell me the product and said I needed to wait til next week. I went outside the store and made my purchase online with buy 2 get 1 free. I went back to store asked for manager and explained my situation I made the purchase in store but now I had an online purchase that I couldn’t cancel right away. The precious associate was very unprofessional did not want to see my email that said all I had to do was show them the email that said I could purchase with sell. I do t live near and the inconvenience she caused me was stressful.
