I purchased both a bracelet and a charm. The one on display was the silver at $65. I asked to see the one like the one I was wearing, the sales associate did not alert me to the "other price" or offer me options. So basically i saw the $65 model and was sold the $95 alternative and did not know that until i surrendered my credit card. I think that is deceiving and don't appreciate that kind of service. I think your merchandise is VERY OVERPRICED and does not ultimately hold up over time. I have a TON of pandora charms and bracelets and don't ever wear most of them since they are dull looking and not worth it. I only wear the one my SON bought me for Mothers Day.

Myself and another customer was overlooked by 3 associates waiting for help. We waited patiently while they were helping other customers, then after they stood among each other talking never asking to assist us. Then they proceeded to help a group of new customers leaving us waiting again but the young lady that helped me came from the back and provided me with excellent customer service.

The salesperson was very unfriendly and not willing to over any assistance. I had a problem opening and closing one particular clip and she just kept giving me another one and after three tries asked me if there was anything else I was interested in. I said "I'm interested in this clip but not if I can't open or close it." She was very dismissive and very unhelpful. I had to know exactly what I wanted and she wouldn't offer any help. I asked about Pandora me and she didn't explain how it worked at all. I will go to Crocker Park from now on they are always very helpful and offer suggestions all the time. Due to that I have always bought more than planned.

I came into the store three days prior they did not have a medium bracelet for sale was going on I mentioned this to the sales associate and told her oh do you have a medium bracelet now for sale had just ended I asked for her advice for picking some of the charms that went along with the bracelet was not very helpful

I felt like the associate didn’t want to do her job. She rather be standing and doing nothing. I wanted to get a few things instead I got one and left. This never happened to me in a Pandora store. I lived in New York and now moved to Florida. I kept telling her what I wanted she wanted to see pictures instead of just getting what I wanted.

The associate I dealt with was very rude, not friendly, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there or as if I was bothering her.

The sales associate didn’t make me feel that it was important to her to make sure I was able to find two specific charms for the bracelet I was purchasing I had to keep asking” do you have something for..”I had to be ok with what she was showing me,not very satisfied of this experience, just wanted to buy and get out of the store quickly.I did spend about $200

I received a birthday coupon in my email and was told i couldn’t use it in the store when nowhere in the email said online only very disappointed
