She was short and snippy and I felt rushed. She didn’t interact well with me and she seemed annoyed.

They want to charge me five dollars for the cleaning pouch when last time free and she said she cleaned it when she diidnt iAll kinds of dirt came off of it when I got home and cleaned it. Staff was rude at times as well

The sales associate (Amaya) was a terrible reflection of the company. She was rude, not very helpful and seemed as though I was putting her out during the transaction. I almost said ‘forget it’ and left to go to another Pandora but I had already started to initiate my return transaction. She also used profanity that was overheard. Not directed at a customer, but talking to a coworker.

The Sales Associate was very distant and not very helpful, made me feel like I was putting her out for asking questions. I'm also very unhappy because I purchased an $80 bracelet that broke as soon as I got it home and now I have to go back to the mall and exchange it. Just not happy overall with this experience :(

I purchased and opened an account was told I could come back and use my account, when I can back on the same day to purchase 3 more rings the associates were in able to locate my new account

Chosen charm was clearly marked $45 in display case. Rang up to $55 + tax. Sales associate acknowledged the $45 price on the charm, response was "Is $55 okay, or do you want to look for something else?" Due to the store & mall being extremely busy for the holidays, I just agreed to the price and left. $10 difference really isn't all that much, but still almost 25% more than I originally thought I was going to be paying. I would have at least thought that matching the errant price would be common practice. Chosen charm was borderline not worth the extra, in my opinion.

Sales associate was not helpful when trying to exchange my ring. Didn’t do anything to make me (the guest) happy or satisfied. Treated me like I was stupid and almost laughed at me when I asked questions. Very rude and acted like she was much better than everyone there...a high schooler could do her job

A gift for my daughter needed to be exchanged for SIZE only. She is 17 and went with a friend. The first associate wouldn't even help her since her grandmother didn't send her the receipt. My daughter said it was just an even exchange, She wasn't asking for money or store credit. She explained that she checked exchange policy online and saw it wasn't a problem. The associated told her policies vary among the stores
