Rude staff, understaffed for holiday sales. Waited 1.5 HOURS yo buy 1 charm. Will never return to store.

I've been online for more than a half hour to speak with an associate. The time clock states I am #1 in line and it will take one minute. HA!! No one has responded as of yet. Hence, the low rating. The store I purchased my two charms at was wonderful!!

I was racially profiled and I didn’t appreciate it I was being helped by one person when another came over asking what’s going on how can I I help I didn’t need help from anyone else she said what’s going on with a certain tone and I know exactly what she meant so I asked if she needed to talk to the person that was already helping me in private in other words I didn’t like her coming over in the middle of a transaction like there was a problem there wasn’t one I kept my cool but I won’t be going back she was a Karen I’m black she’s white and I know exactly what she was trying to do it was insulting and unprofessional and I’m not spending anymore money there they were very rude that was uncalled for I didn’t cause a scene all she wanted to do was call the cops I see this ignorant behavior a lot over nothing but how someone feels about a certain type of person doesn’t mean they should be treated badly your sales people need to treat all people with dignity and respect that’s what I do

I bought a ring yesterday and my daughter wasn’t with me , it’s her Birthday and when she came to the mall to meet me gave her the gift the ring didn’t fit her and they refused to exchange it or return it . They never said they don’t return the sale item and the associate said I can exchange it when I went back to do it they refused to change it and that is wrong now I’m stuck with a Birthday gift that did not fit my daughter and the rudeness and false information I will never shop there again and will report to better business Berea it’s not right and I’m closing my credit account

I ordered online, the problem was you only give 3 days, I had items sent to 2 stores to be able to receive what I needed for my gifts, one email said I was able to pick up by Friday the other canceled me the evening before my pickup I had to buy the items unable to use the birthday discount and did not receive my free bracelet. Very disappointed

5 months ago I bought my partner a $1,000 worth of charms and everyone is missing stones, is very very tarnished, or is very faded! The store would not switch these charms out for us. They are only 5 months old and shouldn’t look the way they do. I am very disappointed and unhappy with them!

Sales associate had me look thru glass at rings before I asked are you able to bring it out to try on?? Was looking for band to go with my pandora, she told me it was a old ring! I feel like I was bothering her, mind you I was the only customer. I did purchase 2 bands.
