Sale Associate had no knowledge of products, very disappointed with pandora, item I was looking for was online, but she said that she can’t order for me. WOW

I visited Pandora during the week of Christmas and had sales associate Lauren at the Southpark mall "helping" me. I do not normally write reviews however this experience was so atrocious I felt I needed to explain. Not only was she incredibly rude, but I felt extremely rushed as she tapped her nails on the counter in an effort to show how inconvenient the whole situation of me trying to pick out a ring was for her. When I asked her about prices, she replied in an uninterested, snarky tone that she would have to check, and then made no effort to do that whatsoever. I left feeling rushed into a purchase and completely shocked by how mannerless and tasteless this employee was, as well as how completely unwilling she was to do her job. Shocked Pandora allows these type of employees, as I have normally had good experiences.

I was in the store the week of christmas looking for a gift for a friend. The sales associate Lauren was very rude. I could tell she didn’t want to be there and she was making it known she made the whole process uncomfortable. I felt rushed and that i had to buy something. I tried to make conversation and she kept rolling her eyes. I love pandora but my experience was awful.

This was my first time shopping at Pandora. My family and I were at first excited about buying pandora bracelets and charms. The sales associated was rude to me and my family. But when she saw we were buying 3 bracelets with 3 sets of charms, she started being a little nicer. I did not appreciate the customer service at all.

Associates refused to exchange my ring which was the wrong size. Told me it was worn, when it wasn’t. My boyfriend had to call in order to get them to exchange it. The ring they exchanged it with was used, tarnished, and chipping.

You force customers to give their email to be ‘registered’ to make a purchase then you blow up their inbox with feedback request emails every minute!!!???!!! Are you serious??????

The sales associate that look like she was about 19 said I'll be right with you guys. I am not a guy and I find this very disrespectful. I'm a 65 year old female not a guy. Then the other sales associate waited on a couple of girls that just entered the store and left us standing there still waiting.
