Allyson was helping my sister and I. She treated us very disrespectful, trying to talk us out of buying a ring that was on display because “everyone else tried it on” because she didn’t want to take it off of display (lazy). She treated us as if we weren’t good enough to shop there. I have been a long time loyal customer & bought over 5 rings from you guys and I will NEVER be back. I have never been treated with such disrespect from any retail store associate.

A ring was purchased by my sister back in May as a graduation gift. Over the course of wearing it, the ring started to turn green behind the diamonds. The sales associates had no real reason of why it was happening, and only stated that some chemical must have gotten into my ring. They tried to clean the ring, but when I picked up the ring up there it was still damaged. Out of all my purchases at Pandora, I've never had any issue with my rings turning or tarnishing, so it's hard to believe that with this ring it would turn from a supposed "chemical" I used. This is the first time I regret choosing a ring at Pandora.

Bought a bracelet online. It was very cheap looking. Threw it in a draw and won't wear it but I list the paperwork to return it

Was calling customer service, waiting at least 40 min!!! till someone answered the phone. Happened before with same waiting time!! Took around 2hr !!! on phone to fix the issue I was calling about. Was not offered a gift card because they were out of gift cards!! Had to choose another item while on the phone. Also called them before because store associate didn’t apply 50$ discount... so customer service offered To send something to me. They sent me water bottle!!!- 50$ worst?? I have 2 daughters who have bracelets, couple myself and buy for gifts... this is how they appreciate customers!!!?? Shame, that such a big name,Pandora, has so poor customer service!!

I went and they didn’t have my ring, they made me exchange for a new ring that i had to pay extra for. i went to another location and didn’t get my remaining money back for what i paid

At store0387 sales associate alyssa did not acknowledge me waiting she had no customers,i spent 150 in 2 days terrible customer service. Sarah was at the door also ignoring i was waiting when i asked her for help she said she had to watch the door but she helped a guy and walked away from the door very disappointed aweful service i will not return or recommend this store im a nurse i spend my hard earned money where i am appreciated as a customer
