The smaller size bracket was to small and the next one up was to big. The sales associate offered a great solution.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as always at any Pandora store. The staff is always friendly and courteous. It is always clean and organized. I have been to a couple of Pandora stores and my experience is always that way.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and offered to help right away. She explained the return policy as well as the warranty and offered to gift wrap my purchase.

Tracy M at the Naperville location was so sweet and helpful! This was my first pandora bracelet for my bday! She was very sweet and helped me size and look at all the charms - DANGEROUS! The b2g1 free sale was great because I knew what I wanted and getting that little gift free especially on my birthday was so great. Thank you Tracy
