We were shown immediately to an associate. There were many charms available for me to look at. Although I think the charms are overpriced, they are lovely and fun to collect!

Sales associate was knowledgable and showed me a lot of options. I was glad to go into the store so she could help me pick out what I needed.

Store was great! On line NOT so great!!!! Ordered many charms so I could get the free bangles and didn’t get them… called and was completely shut down.. I’m the customer and the sales on phone made nothing but excuses… I ordered enough for 3 bracelets and they blamed ME for not ordering them!! WHAT???

Sales associate was very patient and had lots of beautiful recommendations. Loved all her suggestions for my family member and will be getting some in the future.

My Sales Associate, Rose McKinley, was very knowledgeable and truly listened to me on what I was looking for regarding my jewelry purchase at the Pandora store in downtown Naperville, IL. Rose took extra time with me to show me lots of different jewelry options. Rose was very helpful with my jewelry purchase at Pandora and she is the reason I will be back to this location to purchase more jewelry from Pandora.

My kids and I went in to the store to purchase a Christmas present for mom. Our salesperson Tracy greeted us and provided a great shopping experience for us. She was patient and helpful while the kids picked out something. I'm sure my wife will love it. Will definitely be going back
