The employees and the mangers are the main reason why I continue to shop at this store! Erika and Tracy are fabulous and I do miss Mary but you could NOT pay me to go Oakbrook. This store is the most kind, patient and knowledgeable in the Chicagoland area!

The sales associate Tracey was greeted us immediately and assisted us in selecting a Pandora bracelet and various charms. She offered options in comparing the size of bracelet and fitting my wrist for correct one. Her overall knowledge about the Pandora products was impressive and she was friendly.
