The sales ladies were excellent as the handle everything that was request of us they offered beverages as we waited and very overall exceptional service

I was acknowledge as soon as I entered the store. Wait time was short. Sall associate was friendly , knowledgeable and patient .

I felt welcomed at this downtown Naperville IL location. I live near the Bolingbrook Promenade IL location but the times I have tried to visit & make a purchase never went well. Each time I felt discriminated against by the sales associates in that store. So even thought the Bolingbrook location is less than 10 mins away... I drive more than 30 mins away to make my purchases at the Naperville location. I wanted to give praise to one of the managers at the Naperville store and regretfully I cannot remember her name But I told her about my experience at the Bolingbrook store over the phone prior to visiting the Naperville store. She was empathetic and apologetic. She invited me to come see her at the Naperville store and she treated me with kindness & respect. She did not see skin color. For that I was grateful. I almost cancelled my Pandora credit card account because of my experiences at the Bolingbrook store but because of the lady manager at the Naperville store that helped Traci Harris, that's Me... I will continue shopping with Pandora. I mentioned my name because although I couldn't remember hers, she will remember mine.
