Greetings I received walking in was heart warming. The knowledge the sales associates on the charms I wanted was outstanding. I absolutely love the patience they had with me.

My sales associate was very kind and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the current promotions. I wish every customer service associate I come in contact with was like her.

I went with a friends and Tara first greeted us and helped clean my friends ring she got from a previous purchase. Mary stepped up to answer questions I had and help me look around. I had saw an Instagram post on a sale they were having but did not know what I wanted at all. Mary was the best to work with! She paid attention to what I was looking at and made great suggestions. She helped me and my friend put together amazing pieces and I was so impressed with how she saw what I had on and showed me pieces to complement what I had as well. I had so much fun shopping with Mary and Tara and hope they are in next time I stop by!

Sales associate was very friendly and helpful with all my questions, even cleaned my bracelet for it since there was some tarnish.

The Pandora Store is in a good location. The store was very clean and was consistent with CDC guidelines to protect the customers and sales associates and everyone was very friendly.
