The person assisting us (I believe Benjamin) was extremely professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. We went in to exchange a ring for another size. He offered to exchange the other one I mentioned I was told previously could not be exchanged. Additionally, I bought a birthday present for my daughter and asked him to include a catalogue. He repacked the gift in a bigger bag so the book would not be sticking out. He was so professional and kind I said are you the manager because if you’re not you should be. This man should get a raise and promotion. It’s hard to find service like this anymore and it made up for the last time I was in and had unprofessional people (2) I was dealing with and was not satisfied at all.
