I left a message that I wanted to place an order for pickup in the evening and first thing in the AM, someone from Naperville called me back and took my order over the phone. I liked the fact that I didn't have to fumble around with getting my card number to her, and was able to pay when I got there on a very nice wireless terminal they had. When I arrived, someone came out and asked if I was there for a pickup. I even added something last minute and they were able to accommodate. Great service, well organized, and well managed. Thank you.

The staff was all very friendly, and efficient. My experience as fairly quick, in that I was able to go inside and look at a few things, get help right away and wrap things up.
