Store is always clean and has protective barriers for Covid, making me feel comfortable being in the store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Associate knew the piece I wanted (showed her a pic of it on my phone) found it right away and started the pay process. She was very friendly and helpful!~

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate really knew what she was doing. She directed me in every way and helped me with an amazing deal. She also was patient and very forthcoming and made the decision easy as can be!

The Associate that helped me was very accommodating and even suggested that I replace the original bracelet I selected after I told her who it was for. She informed me the bracelet was for a smaller wrist—like a child’s. I also noted a small scratch on one of the charms I purchased. She replaced the scratched charm with a perfect charm. My salesperson Blerta, as well as the manager, Mary, were so very friendly and helpful with my visit and purchases! I will definitely return to this Naperville location even though I'm closer to Geneva. I had a problem with the Geneva store in the past that was never acknowledged or addressed, even though I wrote a letter to headquarters and the Geneva location and also called to explain my problem. But, on a good note, Naperville will be my Pandora go-to store from now on!
