The salesperson was extremely helpful. The merchandise was so pretty and even more pretty in person. The selection of merchandise and the new styles offered are amazing.

Tracy helped me find the ring that I was looking for. She also helped my mom look for a ring and helped her find her ring size. She was very nice and also showed other products that matched the rings we purchased.

I'd been searching for a particular charm for a month, the Naperville store had it and the store employees were helpful and fun to talk to. LUV the charms I bought (I bought 4 more than I went for).

The associate was very helpful & friendly . The earrings I was looking at for my 8 year old niece were the perfect birthday gift. Her birthstone earrings were beautiful but a little expensive so I bought pink flower earrings instead. They were adorable.

Sales Associate Tracy assisted me immediately and helped me through my Pandora dilemma: a faulty safety chain. I was able to exchange it for another, and Tracy patiently restrung all my charms. She also gave me a tarnish-proof bag for my bracelet. I have some $$ left on a Pandora card, which I can't wait to use.

I was assisted quickly by the sales associate, she directed me right to it I was looking for and she was super friendly and helpful. The staff at that store is always been very helpful
