The lady that waited on me looked for what I wanted as I noticed it online first. I did not notice the items in the display cases as I waited. I was pleased she found everything.

The sales assoicate was very helpful. She cleaned my bracelet and offered assistance in other charms I might like.

The customer service was amazing. The sale associate had plenty knowledge. The manager was very engaging.

I did not have to wait long for someone to attend me . The girl helping me was very nice and patient with me .

This store has ALWAYS been welcoming to me! I walk in & it’s like seeing my family. I can joke/laugh with the staff. They are all AWESOME. I haven’t met one employee I didn’t like.
