Great store visit

This was my first visit to the Pandora Naperville store, and it was for bracelet maintenance more than shopping. Yet the associate still treated me like I valued customer. I ended up buying an item and leaving my bracelet for cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose the ideal ring for my girlfriend, and added helpful personal input that helped me become 100% confident in my purchase.

Love to be at the store for shopping, but I could not find any charms for the teachers. Being a teacher I would love to take them and give them as gifts

We were so pleased you were able to reopen your store after the unfortunate events in downtown Naperville earlier this summer. The new store looks beautiful and your staff was pleasant and attentive when we walked in. The associate was patient with my daughter as she tried things on and made her choices for both herself and an additional ring as a gift for her friend.

Location of the store is amazing, the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about your merchandise.

I was looking to exchange a gift i received due to the size being too small. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly associate and the process was so quick and easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of merchandise as I was purchasing a 16th birthday present for my daughter. The sales associate greeted me warmly and asked what brought me in to the store. She quickly got me the items I wanted and got me checked out. She was very friendly and professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise selection and Pandora in general. My entire visit was less than ten minutes which is amazing and comforting in today’s world of social distancing and attempting to decrease interaction time overall. I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase anything else. I will definitely be returning to the Naperville Pandora store in the near future!
