I was highly satisfied because the minute I walked in the store I was greeted. The associate looked at my return and then let me know she needed to get the manager. The manager was professional and understanding about why I needed to return. I will highly recommend the Naperville, IL location!

I love the curbside pick up! Not to mention that one of the pieces I had actually wanted was unavailable so they replaced it with another charm, and they did not disappoint! I loved this charm a lot more than the one I had originally picked!
