You are not able to go in the stores that this time because of Covid19, Corporate onthephone was great, selection of charms that were discontinued I wastoldI was able to get in theNaperville Illinois store! Mary’s Naperville had the charm I wanted and we did a curb side pick up. If I new they were opening for curbside pickup wou Lad have preferred to make my entire purchase there.

Karen was great. She was so patient and helped me find exactly what I needed. I was a little undeceive on what I wanted. She gave me great suggestions on how I could keep adding to my bracelet.
