I was highly satisfied with my friend or experience because as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. And all the ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable. All questions I asked my sales associate was able to answer with no problem.

The sales associate was very helpful in assisting me with purchasing a charm that I needed in a specific price range. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and she was very attentive.

I had actually never been to a Pandora before, so I was really curious as to what the hype was about. A lot of people I know have been wearing a variety of rings and I really liked the look of them. I went in and got one and would definitely consider getting more rings or other jewelry.

The Pandora Store in Naperville is the location I will be shopping at from now on. After a bad experience at the Geneva location, I had a great experience with Mary, the manager at Naperville and most recently, Karen, helping me with my selections this last visit to the Naperville store.

Location, selection of items and friendliness of staff

My experience was exceptional. I was in a hurry, knew what I wanted, relayed information to the associate and she was able to assist me very quickly with providing excellent customer service. Additionally, there was another associate that assisted once she was done with her transaction, providing excellent internal customer service. I am a strong believer in how customer services internally and externally go hand in hand with increased sales. Great job Pandora!
