Ease of purchasing and exchanging

I shopped at this store before Christmas to take advantage of the bracelet special. I came back today for more charms to put on the new bracelet. Both sales associates that helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my Pandora!

Emily was helpful, made great suggestions and seemed to know which items were in stock and which ones were not. I also enjoy the Naperville location since it is not in a mall.
