I called the store to see if they 5 of the same charm I was looking for. I got an automated machine asking me to leave a number and I would be called in the next few hours. The call came very quickly and the associate was very helpful. She was able to locate my charms and hold them for me until I could get there. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a young man taking names. Because I had an order on-hold, I was directed to an associate who took care of me right away.

The staff was great. They opened the door as I was coming inside. They where passing out water bottles to customers. Made me feel very welcomed .

The salesperson who helped me, Emily P, was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I went in knowing nothing about pandora bracelets to purchase on for my mother for Christmas, and she helped me to design and put together a very nice bracelet. Excellent customer service!
