Pandora Jewelry

It was Black Friday, therefore there was a huge crowd in many Pandora stores. However, Pandora Naperville had the best organization; each customer purchased whatever they want, sales associates were great!!! They are definitely the best!!!!

My sales associate Veronica was very helpful. I knew what necklace I wanted and one charm but I wasn't sure which other charm I wanted out of my list. She pulled them and put them together so I would be able to see on the spot.

Cathy S and the rest of the team were excellent. Cathy was able to help me find all of the items I was looking for. They made sure I was happy with my selections and even packaged it the way that I preferred. This is an excellent Pandora store with an excellent staff.

I really liked that once I walked through the doors I was greeting and asked if I needed assistance. Associate Catherine was very helpful and helped us find what we needed. She even went to the back to help us find just what we wanted. She was fast and did a great job at assembling the charm bracelet. I loved visiting this store it was worth the 45 minute drive.

My sales associate, Cathy, always goes above and beyond. She helped in my selections and provided her input while respecting mine. She’s very caring and attentive.

Briana was very helpful and patient she took good care and listened to my needs and made appropriate suggestions.

After a bad experience at your Geneva Commons Pandora Store (I'll be calling Headquarters this week about that) I had wonderful service for my return by the manager at your Naperville location and her name is Mary. I will not be returning to the Geneva store any longer even though I live 10 minutes from there. I will be traveling to your Naperville store instead to get the best service!

I walked into store and was immediately greeted by sales associate Emily. She was courteous, helpful and friendly. She help me pick out a pendant circle charm holder that I did not know you carried. I love it and have already gotten compliments on it. I went in for an extra bracelet since I have extra charms not on anything right now. It was a nice addition to add to my charm collection.
