I was looking for a specific ring and the associate knew exactly what I was looking for and knew it was retired. She also knew from doing inventory that there were two in the store and she looked until she found them. I was lucky enough that one fit and was able to buy the piece! My sales associate was so helpful. She was also very nice. It was genuine niceness too not the kind people use when they are trying to sell you something. She gave me many options and alternatives to accommodate the look I was going for to beautify my bracelet. She even took time out to clean my bracelet and made sure it was too my standards. Very pleased with her as well as my purchase!

Kylie was so friendly and helpful. This is the store at Countryside Mall. I had visited the store at Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg and was so unhappy with how my husband and I were treated, we walked out of the store. Very happy with Kylie and she is very knowledgeable.
