The staff was nice and had patience with me finding what I was looking for at the very end of the night.

My sales associate was very professional . She was very engaged and asked the right questions while providing recommendations. The only issue I had was with the merchandise which Im positive that is no fault of my sales rep. I saw there is a large selection when it comes to colors of gems for stoppers, ring charms, etc. But the actual fish charm I bought only has one color of eyes and that is turquoise .I was really looking for pink and wished that the eye color came in something different . It seems they do a good job at adding a lot of the different colors but not for this ? Overall management and associates were GREAT ! Thanks again , Mike

I shop for a very picky wife,I had pics(gerenal idea)of what she wanted but had to improvise,the associate Harmonie and a coworker(whose name I didn't catch,sorry) were super patient and friendly and suggestive based on the pics I had,worked out great,the wife loved the items I finally ended up with,a great experience! Thanks!

It's always a pleasure to visit A Pandora store. Staff is always friendly even when busy. They acknowledge all their customers when they come in and that is always a plus. The associate that assisted me was Harmony and expressed to me that she was new and she did everything right. She was absolutely fantastic

My trip to Pandora was great! I was lucky to get the Lead sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and how to find it within the store. She also pointed out what was new and how other items would look with what I purchased. I love to shop there. Barbara E.
