I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the service was quick and very friendly. I went to get my bracelet cleaned and while it was getting cleaned, a sales associate informed me of the many ways I could keep my bracelet clean and how to prevent it from stretching out.

The sale associate leader was very professional, friendly and nice.

The sales clerk was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and had different options available. I never felt rushed or intimidated into buying something different from what I was looking for, which you get often times. The items are very high quality and I was confident that my child would be happy with the gift.

I lost a spacer from my bracelet over Christmas. I walked in and the associate was able to locate a replacement quickly. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

My sales associate (Efrosini) was one of the best I've had. She was super helpful & super nice and didn't try pushing me to buy something I didn't want. I shop at pandora A LOT and I can honestly say, Efrosini was my favorite sales associate I've had so far.

Because I love Pandora. I've never had a problem with things turning green when I wore it.. And I wear it all the time. I would like to see the rings coming in a larger size.
